Honorable Judge Fatello: In your many years on the bench (well in this case it’s actually a concrete wall)
you have presided over many Blatant Drop In (BDI) proceedings. The case before you today is unique in that
the wave that is being contested by to two litigants is one of the tastier waves of the session, and that in the
commission of the BDI, the alleged felon, riding the Fruit of the Forbidden Tree, finds himself actually logging some ill
gotten tube time. Also, it appears that a concerned citizen, seen in the middle of the sequence,
is raising his board in a blocking posture, perhaps attempting a citizen’s arrest of the alleged perpetrator.
